- We will contact you to schedule a delivery date when your order is complete at the store.
- We will call you the weekend before your delivery date to provide you with a 3 hour window and to collect any final balance.
- All orders must be paid in full 3 days prior to delivery.
- Unfortunately, weather conditions, traffic and other unforeseen events can delay deliveries.
- When our delivery truck arrives, please have someone home who knows where you want the furniture to be placed and who is authorized to sign for the delivery. The room should be empty and ready for your new furniture.
- PLEASE BE HOME! If a problem does arise, we must be notified the day before the delivery at the latest. You will incur an additional delivery charge if no one is home to accept the merchandise.
- Customers who request a second delivery will incur an additional delivery charge.
